Uptime monitoring by Stanbyte
Know your site is down before anyone tells you.
Checks every minute from Amsterdam, alerts in seconds, a status page you can share. One payment covers a full year.
From URL to first alert in under two minutes.
Add what matters
A website, an API endpoint, a page that must contain a word, or a mail server port. Pick the interval and the status you expect.
We check, then double-check
Every failure is confirmed by a second probe thirty seconds later. You hear about real outages, not a single dropped packet.
Get told, then get told it is fixed
E-mail, Telegram or a signed webhook into your own tooling. A recovery message follows with the exact downtime.
Everything a small team needs. Nothing it has to configure.
Public status page
Ninety days of daily uptime per monitor, open incidents and a badge for your README. Light or dark, on stanbyte.app/s/your-name.
Checks every minute
Pro checks every 60 seconds, Starter every 5 minutes. Timeouts, redirects and expected status codes are yours to set.
60s
Certificate expiry
We read the TLS certificate of every https monitor and warn 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before it runs out.
Keyword and port checks
A 200 is not proof. Require a phrase on the page, or confirm that port 25, 993 or 5432 still answers.
Signed webhooks
JSON payloads with an HMAC signature, so your own scripts can page, restart or open a ticket.
Two licences. One payment. Twelve months.
No subscription, no card on file, nothing renews on its own. When the year ends you decide whether to buy another.

Questions people ask before buying.
What happens when my licence expires?
Your monitors pause and alerts stop. Nothing is deleted for 90 days, so a new licence picks up exactly where you left off. We e-mail you a week before the end date.
Is there really no subscription?
Correct. You pay once for 12 months. We never store your card and we cannot charge you again without you starting a new checkout.
Where do the checks come from?
From our infrastructure in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with the user agent StanbyteMonitor/1.0. The checker IP addresses are listed in your dashboard so you can allow them.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes. Buying Pro switches you to Pro immediately for 12 months. If you buy Starter while Pro is active, the Starter year starts when Pro ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of purchase, as long as fewer than 500 checks have run, we refund in full. Details are in the refund policy.
Who is behind this?
